PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order, and may be used for internal analytical purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

 

PAYMENT

Currently we accept only paypal, but we are looking into adding credit card facilities too.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.

Customers in Singapore can pay with a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method or COD. Pick up point is at Toing Bahru MRT.

 

SHIPPING

Packaging


We ship our items out in polybags which are durable and waterproof and lightweight which in turn reduces your shipping costs to the customers.


Shipping


We ship our products by Singpost from Singapore in South East Asia and ship locally and internationally.


We ship our products by standard shipping with registered mail, it comes with tracking which will be updated depending on the receiving post office.

Singapore shipping as option of NORMAL or REGISTER MAIL, Shrimp-keeping will not be liable for lost items when selecting NORMAL MAIL.


You may request faster shipping (Speedpost EMS) or insurance for an additional charge. If yes, please contact us via our contact page. Customers are responsible for all customs and taxes to be paid in their own country.

Shipping of aquarium pet food product is also subjected to regulation of individual country and we do not bear responsibilities over any damage caused due to it.

Shipping Address


If your paypal shipping address is different from the one you enter on our store we will ship to the shrimp-keeping store address.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
